Fairfield Cottages offers peaceful self-catering accommodation on a 100-hectare working fruit farm at the foot of the Skurweberg Mountains near Ceres. Surrounded by orchards, fynbos and wide mountain views, it is a relaxed country escape for couples, families and small groups.
Accommodation includes three character-filled stone cottages and the modern Whispering Woods Cabin. Each unit has its own personality, with features such as fireplaces, braai areas, private outdoor spaces and, depending on the unit, a hot tub, outdoor bath or outdoor shower.
There is plenty to do without leaving the farm, including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, canoeing and birdwatching. Guests can also enjoy the swimming pool and explore the orchards and surrounding countryside, while pet-friendly accommodation makes Fairfield particularly appealing to travellers who want to bring their dogs along.
