Drie Fonteine is a 180-hectare mountain wine farm in the Tulbagh Valley, set against the slopes of the Witzenberg mountains among vineyards, fynbos and wide-open countryside. Home to De Kleine Wijn, the farm brings together boutique wine, stylish accommodation and outdoor experiences in a peaceful setting made for slowing down.

Accommodation includes four spacious self-catering farm stays, ranging from larger farmhouses suited to families and groups to private two-bedroom cottages. The units combine contemporary comfort with generous living spaces, en-suite bedrooms, indoor and outdoor braai areas, air-conditioning and private stoeps overlooking the surrounding valley and mountains.

Visitors can book wine tastings of Drie Fonteine’s current releases, explore three marked hiking routes of around 5–7 km, enjoy birdwatching and swim in natural mountain-fed dams. Guests can also wander through the vineyards, experience farm life and use Drie Fonteine as a quiet base for exploring the wider Tulbagh Valley.
