Tulbagh Winery is one of the valley’s long-established wine producers, with a history dating back to 1906 in the fertile area once known as Het Land van Waveren. Situated where Winterhoek and Drostdy roads meet, the winery has been part of Tulbagh’s wine story for well over a century.

Visitors can discover a broad range of locally produced wines, from easy-drinking favourites to premium releases under the Groot Tulbagh and CCM labels. The winery is also home to the popular Flippenice range, alongside grape juices and other locally produced products.

Tulbagh Winery also hosts events at its rustic Drostdy facilities, including arts and music experiences and a country market held on the first Saturday of each month. It is a worthwhile stop for anyone exploring the Tulbagh Wine Route and the wider valley’s winemaking heritage.
